How Bonus Tasks Work
What are Bonus Tasks?
Bonus Tasks are standalone photo challenges that you can create and complete independently of races.
Unlike regular race tasks that are part of a specific game, bonus tasks exist on their own and can be completed by anyone who finds them. They're a great way to:
- Create challenges for other players to discover
- Earn extra experience points by completing tasks
- Points of interest that you can create a race around
Creating Bonus Tasks
Step 1: Take a Photo
Find an interesting location, object, or scene and take a photo. This will be the challenge that other players need to recreate.
Step 2: Add Details
- Question (Optional): Add a question that players need to answer when they find the location
- Answer (Optional): Provide the correct answer to your question
- Location: The GPS coordinates where you took the photo
Step 3: Set Privacy
- Public: Anyone can see and complete your task
- Private: Only you can see and complete your task
Tip: Create tasks at interesting landmarks, street art, unique buildings, or beautiful viewpoints to make them more engaging!
